Scandish for "the factory named for Rumanski", this is a massive industrial complex located in Gant in the [{Scandian League]]. It is abbreviated "ZiR". Military factory largely responsible for producing the various personal arms used by the SLCM and other nations fo rhte Communist Protectorate; also produces the large, high-output petrol turbines that power Dracoforms.
