Scandish for "the factory named for Rumanski", this is a massive industrial complex located in Gant in the Scandian League. It is abbreviated "ZiR". Military factory largely responsible for producing the various personal arms used by the SLCM and other nations fo rhte Communist Protectorate; also produces the large, high-output petrol turbines that power Dracoforms.
