Tasset Bichass
A notoriously poor King of Roan, who squandered all the gains his father had made for the Kingdom. Under Tasset the kingdom shrank to little more than the provinces of Fenwyr, Diserth, Dryslwyn and Cadair, which he renamed Tasset. The seat of the last Roanese Empire had been at Cadair, and possibly as a bid to prove himself as great as the Emperors of old, he moved the capitol from Anise to the newly built city of Tasset, in the newly renamed province.
His reign was marked by a series of poorly planned battles and campaigns, as well as poor economic planning, leading to more territory lost to the kingdom each year. One of his final acts was to attempt colonization of the haunted Dantic Atol. Shortly after ordering the placement of a military colony on the Atol, he was assassinated.
