Carlos Bichass

Last in a royal line purported to stretch all the way back to Enoch Bacchus and the formation of the first Roanese Empire. Carlos' grandfather left a legacy of the largest extend of Roanese expansion since the fall of the second empire, which his father, Tasset Bichass squandered. Shortly after the attempted colonization of the supposedly haunted Dantic Atol, Carlos' father was assassinated and Carlos found himself ruler of a kingdom very ill at ease.

An unprecedented war of expansion ensued, following Carlos' plan to distract the populace with victories - and send his detractors off to die on the front lines. Within a few short years the third Roanese Empire stretched from the Clean Sea to the isle of Sanzan, blanketing the entirety of Blaenau Gwent. Then, with nowhere left to expand, Carlos "reclaimed" land which had not been held by Roanese hands for centuries, the islands of Saduaire and Kyvietsa in Light.

With this final act of desperation, and growing negative public sentiment, his adopted nephew Run mounted a bloodless coup, causing Carlos to flee to the orbiting prison The Bastille to avoid death. He is currently in hiding upon the Bastille, which subsequently left Carrion orbit using an Omnibus Drive. His current whereabouts are unknown.
