Blaenau Gwent
Blaenau Gwent is the second largest continent on Carrion III. It is slightly smaller than the Crescent Continent. It is bisected roughly from north to south by the Daedelus Mountains, which create a continental divide. The north of the continent creates a large bay bordered on the west by the Prefecture of Roan and on the east by the Prefecture of Gilead, which reaches much further north in a winter-locked peninsula. The southern end of the continent is much more temperate, with the arid, mountainous Sivan in the south east and Gaul in the southeast and the subtropical island of Sanzan off the south western shore, bordering a large gulf there.
The entire continent was recently conquered by the Roanese Empire, which was then overthrown by the new Republic of Man.
