Known as "the victorious crow," Vicente was the last, great King of Roan. During his reign the borders of the Kingdom were expanded to points unseen since the fall of the Second Empire. He was coronated at a very young age, but was born into a period of great instability, as his father struggled to hold together the far-flung provinces of the kingdom. From birth he had been trained as a warrior and a scholar and when his father was cut down in battle he took up the old man's standard and led the Roanese forces to victory.

Before his death of old age, he had conquered all the way to the southern tip of Gaul, though his attempts to retake Sanzan, the ancestral home of the Bacchus, were frustrated as were attempts to march on the Arshai Plain.
