Kefka's Domain

Grand Army underground base somewhat north of Albrook--very near the border of the [{Scandian League]] Occupied Zone. Highly secure facility with numerous Ultima Missiles. It was from here that the missile used to alguther thousands of tanes in the Omnisent Conflict was detonated.
