Kefka's Domain

Grand Army underground base somewhat north of Albrook--very near the border of the Scandian League Occupied Zone. Supposedly built under the ruins of Kefka's tower. Highly secure facility with numerous Ultima Missiles. It was from here that the missile used to alguther thousands of tanes in the Omnisent Conflict was detonated.
