Put NON-WEAPONS technologies here. (If the technology has military applications, that's fine, but actual weapons should go in Artifacts.) Also magitek stuff should go here, not under magic. Magic and technology often combine in Kupopolis, so it makes sense to put all magitek under one category for the sake of ease of use.
