The "Kings of this world" line is word-for-word the last line in Beowulf; I used it in my last post with Palmerston as PM. (I was shocked how well it fit; I really wanted the 'eager for fame' part in there but was surprised to see the other parts work so well.) Famously, he was inspired by the HBO original series Arliss, a show about a sports agent. --Celiose 02:31, 3 January 2007 (CST)
