The "Kings of this world" line is word-for-word the last line in Beowulf; I used it in my last post with Palmerston as PM. (I was shocked how well it fit; I really wanted the 'eager for fame' part in there but was surprised to see the other parts work so well.) I thought it was Arli$$. The closest I ever came to that show though was that SNL Letterman skit where Norm MacDonald kept asking the other guy if he had any gum and describing episodes of Arliss. --JD 01:13, 6 January 2007 (CST)
