In Tasnikanze mythology, he is the son of Heldrasil, Goddess of Love and the Earth, and Zahd, God of War and the Seas. Strigard doesn't have a domain himself, except perhaps fools. He serves as the mythologies primary comic figure, and is portrayed being beaten by Valkyries, Reklar, and a lame old man. Frustrated at his lameness, he eventually left for another world created by Umon, the insane God of creation. (Perhaps even Foo).

Strigard serves a similiar role in Taznikanze culture to Sung Chiang in Xsian culture, but with different emphasis. Sung Chiang is a patron of self-made men, whereas Strigard is a cautionary tale about birthright.
