Rainere

Goddess of Mana and Trade, as well as patron of the Tasnica Republic. Rainere is considered one of the Light Gods.

Quite young by godly standards, the mortal Terra Branford (one of The Fourteen Against Kefka) ascended to godhood in the year 25 WR. She became Goddess of Magic, and shortly after became patron of the Tasnica Republic. Not long after she also became associated with Trade.

Her religion, Rainericism, is widely practiced in the Tasnica Republic. The religion is pragmatic, practical, and focusing on each individual attaining their full potential ('the Best Path').

Like other gods, she rarely intervenes in mortal affairs these days, but was responsible for helping Fara Somers find the Mana Sword. She also helped get her religion 'straightened out'.
