IJF stands for Independent Justice Force, an organization run by Shane Lile. They discovered the Merge Dimension and acted as its representative to the rest of the Web for a period of time. Their support for the OmniSent proved to be unpopular, and they withdrew from politics to Space Station Gamma after a brief stint as a member of the Confederation.
