IJF
IJF stands for International Justice Force, an organization run by Shane Lile. They discovered the Merge Dimension and acted as its representative to the rest of the Web for a period of time. Their support for the OmniSent proved to be unpopular, and they withdrew from politics to Space Station Gamma after a brief stint as a member of the Confederation.

The Dream Unrealized
So how did this amazing IJF thing go so horribly wrong!?
Well, part of it was when King Fuzzy failed to live up to all the hype that surrounded his arrival in the Web of Worlds. But also it was that the IJF's members and allies slowly started to dwindle, until it was Kuvalla and Foo alone. And then Foo turned into Clowns, and the Tasnican corporations invaded Kuvalla, and then part of Kuvalla became communists. And somehow Alkar the Black kidnapped Shane Lile from outer space.
