A moogle Unbound pirate who terrorized the space lanes throughout much of the thirties. He received his nickname "the bruning" for his crimson fur, and his ship, the Red Comet, was also painted bright red. What made Horus so successful as a pirate was his use of psionics. Moogles are a race naturally endowed with latent psionic potential. Horus was rumored to be subjected to secret military experiments (perhaps even The Celpo's Minder program) to expand his psychic potential, in particular, his reach.
