A law passed by decree of the leaders of four of the Five Great Nations and the Glory Tower establishing the post of Prime Ambassador of Aryth.

We, the leaders of Aryth, do hearby decree...
In light of the recent War of Aryth -- the first of its kind -- we, the leaders of Aryth, have found that it is now impossible to continue the system of central government that our Five Great Nations have relied on for over a thousand years. The tragic loss of nearly a thousand Tanes in the recent conflict has rendered the Glory Tower unable to continue its civil duties as protector and uniter of Aryth. In light of this, we have devised a new central government.
Powers from outside Aryth have persuaded us to use a new system of central government, a system in which every citizen of the Five Great Nations has a say in who runs our central government and how it is run. The system is called "democratic," and we hope to install it soon.
Overall, leadership will remain much the way it was in the days before the Arythian War -- one central power will make decisions concerning issues such as trade between nations as well as settling diplomatic disputes between nations. Also, with the addition of the Web of Worlds into our dimension, the elected leader will handle relations with the outside Web, including trade and immigration. The Five Great Nations will still be free countries, as they were before, but they are expected to follow the standards set by the new elected leader.
The title of the elected leader is to be the Prime Ambassador. The Prime Ambassador, after being elected, will appoint a staff of five more people to guide him or her, which will be titled the High Senate. They will assist the Prime Ambassador, offering other views and ideas so as to not limit the scope of the Ambassador too far.
The elections will be held in the first month of the Arythian Calendar every two years. Every person of every nation will be given the right to vote. Every last person will be counted, although a candidate for Prime Ambassador will need to accumulate at least 51% of the public's vote to be installed in the position. There will be a limit of four candidates per election -- we are still developing a means by which to reduce the number of candidates to the desired number of four, but rest assured that anyone who wants to serve the Union of the Five Great Nations can certainly try.
The first election will unfold in six months. All potential candidates should apply to the Glory Tower in tha time, and immediately begin to spread the word on your campaign, Being that this system is entirely new, the transition may take time to get used to. Please be patient as we try to adjust into this new age.
Until the first Prime Ambassador is selected, control of the Union of the Five Great Nations will continue under a staff of Arythian Leaders.

Queen Vyslin, Rodan
