Toroian School of Liberal Arts

The Toroian School (in Toroia, duh) is reknowned for its environmental science program, and it rivals other top colleges for art, philosophy, and the other liberal arts. Economics professors are known for preaching a "green" philosophy as opposed to the "unrestricted market" principle espoused in Tasnica and the Communist economics mandatory in all Protectorate schools. The Toroian School is located in the beautiful city of Toroia itself, still a lovely locale despite suffering the Great War, the Hivan War, and the OmniSent attack. As could be expected of a Toroian college, women are a large majority.
