Windcaller

Tall, willowy bird-men that live in the Norn Peaks, on the island of Bucca on Alter-Mana. They revere Akravator, one of the four Dragon Gods in the Alterian rendition of the Elementalist faith.

It has been suggested by anthrobiologists that Windcallers may be related to the Lancers of the Gate Dimension, though the two races share nothing culturally in common.
