Ultima

Ultima is one of the most powerful destructive magics known to the Web's magical traditions. Instead of weaving threads of magic together as is the case with many other spells, Ultima detonates magical strands for energy. In this way, it is sort of an inverse Balefire, as Balefire combines all strands of magic into "Impossibility", whereas Ultima burns the strands. Although the destructive output of Ultima is quite considerable, its most useful property as an attack spell is that it bypasses most magical barriers and defenses.
