King Tsurao Eblana III was King of Eblan during much of the Great War. He committed Eblan to forming GACA. Although he continued the economic and technological reforms of his predecessor Tukhong Eblana IV but attempted to maintain Eblan's traditional society and monarchy. Although he offered some aid and help to the swarms of refugees that made their way to Eblan during his years he had little idea on how to best solve the problem, and the Provisional question haunts Eblan to this day. After his death he was succeeded by his son, Edge Eblana VIII, in 32 WR.
