History
Tally Quorsen is a descendant of the prestigious Quorsen family, Toroian nobility with a history that stretches back for four centuries. She rose to the rank of Chief Marshal in the Imperialist War, when her predecessor was removed because of a fear that the Imperialist War could spread to Toroia. When the Omnisent used a Cylinder on Toroia in 34 WR, Tally became the head of the Toroian government for lack of anyone else that could head it.
She allied Toroia with the Fascists and later brought Fabul in, and when the Fascist Pact was formed, became its Chairwoman. After the end of the Leviathan War, she maintained a nominal alliance to the Fascists, but quietly began to reform Toroia and shape Damcyan. She was elected President of Toroia after the war, and appointed her sister as the Chief Marshal to replace her. In 37 WR, she created the Quorsen Clauses, which caused for similar ideals and a common defense and trade pact among the nations of the Crystal Dimension, and had them signed by Toroia, Eblan, Damcyan, and Fabul. Her goal is nothing less than the unification of Crystal.
