Was thinking about this just now, and it's up to Matt of course, but I wonder if we should just adjust usage of this term to refer to Guardia's sphere of influence (mainly on the Fringe) during the Age of Imperialism. (Sort of like how the now-defunct Fascist Pact basically refer's the EU's sphere during that time).
