Phoenix Mountains

Mountains north of Albrook, near Tzen, so-called because the hero Locke Cole located the magicite for the legendary Esper Phoenix there. Many have since tried to seek the secrets of the Phoenix Cave rumored to be located in the mountains, but few have found anything.

Part of the Esper Dimension that is under the control of the Scandian League's Occupied Zone.

Also the location of the Manta Cave, one of the nefarious Priman's many hideouts and bases-of-operations throughout the Web of Worlds.
