Priman
Primans are icthioid humanoids who are native to the Dragon Dimension and to the world of Alter-Dragon in Alter. They appear as humans with scaly bodies and webbed hands and feet, and their heads appear as fish, complete with dorsal fins, "pectoral" fins and a tail.
Primans are a race of shrewd merchants, renowned for their love of the deal and their lust for monetary dealings. In the Dragon Dimension, the Primans' art has been near completely crushed by the dominance of the Scandian League, which frowns on the kind of free-wheeling capitalism that the Primans need like a fish needs water. By way of compensation, the Primans of Dragon have joined the Tasnican Republic.
In the Alter Dimension, Primans find a home of sorts in membership with the Priman Merchant's Guild. Members of this guild also control the Alter-Dragonian Combine.
