Kuorum
Captain Kuorum was the commander of the Reinhardt when it was damaged in a battle with White Cell in Carrionspace. He tried to hide his ship in the nebula that kept Avalon hidden for thirty years, only to accidentally crash land on the planet. He did not survive the crash.

History
Born in Narshe, Kuorum moved with his family to Kuvalla when that dimension was discovered during the Great War. He served the Kuvallan military as a Thunder Moogle pilot for several years, until Kuvalla finally joined GACA. He then transferred, along with several other Kuvallan soldiers, into the Grand Army and served first in the Luftwaffe and then later in SAGA, where he would make his career as an officer and, eventually, commander of capital ships. His final assignment was to be the crowning achievement of a lifetime of soldiering: the massive Aquitane-class battleship Reinhardt, along with its battlegroup as part of SAGA's presence in Carrionspace.
Don't laugh, because this is serious: he was, in fact, two days from retirement when the GA Civil War broke out. Look, I told you to stop laughing. Do you know how badly Kuorum was looking forward to getting that honorable discharge from service, that ceremony in Albrook, all those medals weighting down his dress uniform, then going back home to his sleepy little burg in Kuvalla and doing nothing more intense than working on his boat and taking it out to the lake every weekend?
Of course, he never got to do any of that. He died trying to save his ship and his crew in Carrionspace when the Reinhardt crash landed on Avalon near the city of Grand Casar.
Personal Life
Not long after Kuorum moved to Kuvalla, he met a hot little moogle woman by the name of Kutherine. They married almost immediately and had nine children together, the oldest of whom are fully grown and have followed in their father's footsteps with careers in the Grand Army.
Special Skills/Abilities
Kuorum was a very skilled moogle. Not only did he have some of the best training that the Kuvallan military and Grand Army had to offer, but he also learned all the Moogle Dances, in addition to having pioneered a special moogle space dance. Sadly, he never taught anyone his secret space dance technique before he perished. It is lost to us forever.
OOC Trivia
- Kuorum's wife, Kutherine, was the sister of famous former Kuvallan Minister of Foreign Affairs Jay Peterson. Having been raised in a human family, she changed her name from the more humanish "Catherine" as an act of rebellion in college, but continues to go by Kutherine to this day.
