Youth organization affiliated with the All-Union Communist Party (of the Dragon Dimension). Membership is open for youth aged 14 to 20; adult serve as local chapter heads on a volunteer basis. Operates throughout the Scandian League, and the Esperian wing of the organization recently opened in the Occupied Zone.

Komsomol members earn merit badges in things like wilderness survival, tying knots, first aid, and Communist ideology.

Usually, prior membership in the Komsomol is viewed favorably by one's future employer.
