Until recently, Mooloo was the King of Malcovia, and the self-proclaimed High Priest of Vodoun. He was King of Malcovia during the convention of the Body of Governors that drafted the El Nido Constitution, and was one of the deciding votes that put Paolo Cartwright into the presidency.
For years Mooloo maintained his throne by impressing his constituents with his mastery over the dark arts. In the most recent election, Mooloo was unseated by the upstart Brer Rabbey, who executed the forbidden Shadow Walk and stunned the masses.
For now, Mooloo is content with a quiet retirement.
