Her family was favorite at court, and she was betrothed to marry Carlos Bichass, heir to the throne, who she grew up with at Anise. When Carlos went away to university, she disappeared, later resurfacing as an agent in the Celpo, which her older Isadore had earlier joined.
She has drank from the Four Rivers, pilots the mysterious seraphim Pneuma, left the Celpo under the guise of Excel to form Excel Force in the Republic of Man and is a total hotchick.
