General Fabulus

Fabulus commands all Theban armies, wherever they may be.

Of Patrician descent (naturally), Fabulus has a high opinion of his own abilities (which, to be fair, are considerable). Before the Days of Wrath, he spent most of his time in the city of Prorsus coordinating recon missions and preparations against an Atalanean invasion. He still spends much of his time there, though now it is spent coordinating reconstruction in the western provinces. Fabulus is one of the ruling triumvirate of Thebes.

Also, he likes to talk. Like, a lot.
