Darkfin Syndicate

The Darkfin Syndicate is an umbrella term used by Tasnican law enforcement to describe all businesses -- illicit and otherwise -- being conducted under the auspices of Priman crime boss Aquinas Darkfin.

The Darkfin Syndicate operates out of Centwerp, and indeed controls most underworld business within that city. Among the trades Darkfin has been known to dabble in are drug smuggling and dealing, racketeering, prostitution, and murder for hire. The Darkfin Syndicate is extremely protective of its turf, and known for coming down hard on anyone who gets on its bad side. A recent illustration of this territoriality is the assassination of Robert Lockett, brother of Olivawk's Don Randal Lockett, as a message to the Don to keep his business out of Centwerp.

It is difficult to conduct any underground business in Centwerp without Darkfin's knowledge.
