Cecilia was born in Baron. She has heard voices from a very early age, and at the prompting of those voices the girl went off to become a Paladin.
Cecilia is not the girl's given name; she adopted it after her pilgrimage up Mount Ordeals. She operates in defiance of the order of Knights Templar, claiming that her ways are the ways of the true Paladin because she believes she is a reincarnation of Baron's King Cecil Harvey.
She despises worship of Tahran and the Templar, claiming that, as Cecil risen again in mortal form, she is the Way for Baronian Redemption.
