Tam Larsen was one of the highest ranking Mystics in the GSF when he was tapped to become the head of the Guardian contingent of the Coalition Allied Navy. He first served as an advisory Rear Admiral with Rogue Squadron, and was transferred to a Vice Admiralship with the Gatespace Fleet after Rogue Squadron was transferred to full Medinan control.
While Admiral Larsen's record is one of distinction and honorable service, there is really nothing that is especially worthwhile or noteworthy about him as a character. He hasn't even appeared in a post yet.
