Denadoro

Denadoro is the name of a city, a mountain range and a prefecture in the Kingdom of Guardia in the Gate Dimension.

• Denadoro Prefecture- located in the north of the Zenan continent. The land that now encompasses Denadoro was taken from Dorino prefecture in the East, and Keldark prefecture in the West. Denadoro is one of two prefectures in the Kingdom of Guardia that is not majority human; most of the residents of Denadoro are Mystics.
• Denadoro Mountains- occupy the northern parts of Denadoro prefecture. Early in the Zenan continent's history, non-human races found that the mountains were one of the few places they could thrive in relative peace, given that humans had taken to settling on every piece of flat land within their grasp. Those that did not settle in Denadoro would almost all migrate to Medina, where there were no humans.
• Denadoro City- the capital of Denadoro prefecture; a city literally built out of a mountain in the Denadoro range. Much of the city is comprised of mountain caves, built on several levels and connected by an intricate (and, by now, fully modernized) system of lifts and escalators, but there are several outdoor sections of the city built on artificial terraces with breathtaking views of the Denadoro range. The city is a testament to Guardian engineering, as well as to Mystic perseverence (one has to remember that the Mystics built most of the city themselves, before the Guardians installed elevators). Apart from the city, there are several isolated mountaintop villages where Mystics live closer to their noble, shamanistic heritage.
