Joey Numbaz

Long-time business partner of Razor Chakram, Joey originally hails from North Viper, where he worked as an accountant for Miles Nickel until the mob boss' untimely death at the hands of Mister Bones. Joey is a whiz when it comes to numbers (hence his name), and likewise extremely skilled with computers, in spite of his addiction to dust.

When Nickel was killed, Viper went through a period of upheaval with the assassination of Gail Courtry, and Razor made a deal with Pellanese crime boss Joss Nathan to get them out of town, in exchange for their services. Since Nathan had access to large quantities of dust, Joey was only too happy to agree.

When Razor began to secretly work for Allan Seabairne, Joey remained oblivious, although his opinion of Seabairne may change for the worse when the gangster forces him to quit his dust habit.
