Republic Interdimensional Bank (sometimes known as RepInterdim) can justifiably claim to be the first interdimensional bank in the Web, creating a branch office in Eblan just after the discovery of interdimensional travel. It has since grown massively; the other AAA corporations and many of the Web's nations are dependent on RepInterdim because it is the only financial institution capable of providing services on a scale useful to them. (Indeed, the growing Tasnican national debt under Kenny Brackhaven is largely financed through borrowing from Republic Interdimensional.)

Because of its unique status, the other corporations tend to leave it alone; indeed, as "AAA corporation" is a reference to a corporation's credit rating, issued by Republic Interdimensional, the bank could in some ways be seen as the gatekeeper to the AAA club. Republic Interdimensional chairs the Tasnican Corporate Council.

The bank also offers more 'discrete' banking services; boxes in Centwerp with simple keys, other secretive accounts, etc. This has led some to accuse Republic Interdimensional of providing services to certain nefarious customers such as organized crime.
