Secret agent or maybe even spymaster. (Certainly his day-to-day duties more closely resemble those of a spymaster; Kuat engages in a lot of shadow operations, but having the Arms Experts drawn up as military units in a big army on a field of battle is the exception rather than the rule.) Certainly he was a secret agent BEFORE he became Head Resources Adjuster. --Celiose 14:53, 8 September 2006 (CDT)
