A holiday ostensibly meant to celebrate the mortal Terra's ascent to godhood, the holiday just so happens to coincide with Yule festivals that Elementalists had practiced for centuries. The holidy is a feast of consumerism as people are encouraged to buy their loved ones gifts. A tree (or, in certain traditions, the house's Refrigerator) is ornately decorated in celebration and praise of Rainere. This incredibly commercial holiday could only be the work of the Tasnicans.
