Invisible Order

Whereas the Solidat is uniformed and omnipresent, the Invisible Order is the..well, uh...invisible aspect of the vast police state of Travin Rumanski's Scandian League. Reporting only to Rumanski himself, the Invisible Order is a hidden and secretive network of spies and informers. Only the top echelons of the government even know of its existence--and Travin only lets them know because it inspires fear. The primary task of the Invisible Order is to look for sedition or conspiracy, especially among the party and military elites. They, in other words, "watch the watchers".
