Tactician

Supercomputer created by Guardia for the use of the Grand Army; responsible for maintaining the security of the GA's mainframe. The Tactician is used for a variety of tasks for the GA, including running training simulations, creating communications ciphers, and serving as the hub of the GA's computer network in the Core. (GA units in Alter and Merge each have their own network.) The Tactician also provides one of the multiple levels of security required to launch Ultima missiles.

The Celpo, naturally, makes use of the Tactician as well, for their code-breaking, espionage, and research activities.

The Tactician is built for brute functionality; it has the least personality of any supercomputer.
