Mishima Eblana

Mishima Ebalana I was the first to establish himself as King of Eblan after the breakup of the ancient civilization of Xsia. It is his line that continues straight through to today's "Falcon Monarch", Edge Eblana V.

Many have studied how he was able to bring Eblan under his control; other local warlords had larger armies and more territory. However, Mishima managed to "buy off" many of these warlords, promising them positions as Daimyo within the new regime. One of the key factors in his success was the spread of the religion of Lunarianism; Mishima not only converted to the religion, he claimed to be a direct descendent of Seliane the Moon Goddess herself. Even today, the line of Eblanese Kings is regarded as bordering on divine by some.
