Ming Tsang

Ming Tsang is a merciless Triad leader. As Dragon's Head of the Shining Heaven Society, he leads one of the most powerful criminal syndicates in Fabul. Ming is an enterprising crime lord who has extensive interests outside Fabul itself, including occupied Damcyan and the Eblanese city of Hope. This has, naturally, brought him into conflict with the Yakuza, who style themselves masters of the underworlds entire dimension.
