Rain

Rain is a member of the Cadre, and thus has genetically enhanced strength, speed, endurance, and reflexes. She is a weather-mage who can create effects such as lightning bolts, wind, and fog. She frequently speaks in incomprensible metaphors.

She went with Ash, Domino, Echo, and Tundra to North Viper to assassinate Gail Courtry.

"Tahran, Light and Right they say. Light and Reason also, which reasons out right, yeh? Tahran’s the Golden Boy of the pantheon, and they’re on the outs, but Tahran’s got his all right. He was the first one illuminated, y’know. That’s what makes him so Light." The third and youngest woman in the back, behind the passenger seat, was a skinny blonde who looked like she was barely out of high school. Her cornsilk hair flowed halfway down her back, framing pale green eyes and high cheekbones. She claimed that names were irrelevant, and that she’d chosen Kristyn out of amusement; apparently some obscure joke that only she understood. She was a mage, and her talent with weather-manipulation had named her "Rain" instead. She had an affection for cloaks like the kind mages were imagined to wear in children’s picture-story books; today she wore one that was somewhere between very dark grey and very dark purple, or midnight purple if such a color existed. No one really understood the bizarre, meandering things she said, and having a conversation with her was virtually impossible unless you were partially insane.
