Noel Canning is the former director of TiRaD Labs, and the FTSR`s top engineer. His creations include the distributed AI supercomputer IX, the SkyNet satellite system, the Hellfire modification process for Balefire pistols, the Iron Army`s combat drugs, and the Cadre`s gene therapy process. His sister is Jennifer Canning, former secretary and mistress to Dain Kordridge.
