NATO lives in the teeming metropolis of Billings, the greatest city of the Montana Free State. He was convinced to write in Kupopolis NEO by Travis (whom he had known since high school). This led to some confusion of his story assets, which primarily include the Paladins Templar and the Theban Empire. Major characters include Sister Mary, Uriel Grammaton, Benedictus Ovidius Atticus, Darme'Nar Chi'Tok, Tasnican Senator Charlie Vincent and mostly peripheral Thebans.

He hopes that this current stint in interactive story-writing will last rather longer than the previous one.
