Looking at the old Best Female Character category and seeing my name next to every nominee is really depressing. Now that I think about it, I think I honestly did introduce and write every female character of note back then. The fact that there seems to be a running joke about the lack of female characters in modern Kupop is even more depressing. - Historically, D and I were the only ones with female leads. With Dustin writing almost exclusively female characters. The running joke is that only D and myself write females. Though that's changed more and more in recent years. In particular I really enjoyed Matt's "song of saint madrigal."
- As far as the hotchick article goes... whatever. A "hotchick" is a strong, independant, capable female character, and one of the most prevalent archetypes among my own characters, both in kupop and in stories I wrote in before kupop. The article/category is a joke, and I kind of regret ever introducing the term in the first place, but whatever. --JD 17:12, 30 September 2006 (CDT)

LOLOL you took my place after I took your place. There were years I would have three or four femme fatales up for Figgies and have to decline nominations so I could actually have a shot at winning.

- Ultros & Chupon - "CHUPON EAT FIGGY!"
- Superzilla - ok i don't know how this would work but hilarity is probable also smashing
- The Amazing Rando - I'm picturing him acting like Doctor Orpheus from Venture Bros. or Mentok the Mind-Taker from Harvey Birdman
- Kix & Ronnie - Much like Soldiers One and Two, a good comic pairing with a long history.
- Union - See below
- Rudra Tairen - See below
- Manta - Union, Rudra, and Manta are all oldskooler charaters deserving of the honor, period.
