Added a bunch of neo megas, including the "ending megaposts." I think the only two that were REALLY megas were Tex's and mine, since Travis' ending was several smaller series and a couple posts in between. But they were all tied together to end his plot, so I grouped them together.

I know there's no agreed-upon definition for what makes a mega a mega. Almost everything I wrote in neo was a "long series" but was Queen of Beggars a "mega?" And if so, isn't "Concentric Effects" a mega? I didn't include any of my proper stuff in the megas section (even though they're mostly 15-20,000 words) because I think of them more as long series. It's just the way I like to write. --los jerrish one

I totally had this argument with Adam once and my think was that a Mega has to all go up at the same time. So if it's a Mega, you work on it and work on it and work on it and then post it all up when you've finished it all, but if you put up your 50,000 word masterpiece in sections then it's just a plot arc. So, that's how I roll. --MATT

I think a mega is best described as "A very large series of post that could stand by itself as a story outside of kupopolis and which is presented aall at once for reading." Mayday and Quiet Minining colony stick out in my mind as fitting this description. Many of Jerry's stories also do, but many of them are also a continuation of plot. I think if the story is a continuation of the writer's main plot it isn't a mega, but probably more of what I would call a "saga". Some sagas could be megas, but not all megas could be sagas. --Michael 17:14, 22 July 2006 (CDT)
