Shelton Walsh

The right-hand man and casino manager for Miz Rollsley, and hence, second-in-command of the High Rollers Gang.

Mr. Walsh was promoted to his position by Miz Rollsley to serve as her mouthpiece. Many people in the gang as well as the casino employees were loathe to take orders from a woman, so Mr. Walsh was given the task of relaying her orders to them, to ease the situation. The solution worked out perfectly, especially since Mr. Walsh has no designs on usurping power, recognizing that Miz Rollsley is well-suited to running the entire operation, as well as commanding the gang's might against invasions by its rivals.

Mr. Walsh is not unskilled in a fight. He's proven his own capabilities quite well in repulsing rival attacks and dealing with rowdy casino-goers.

Since the High Rollers' absorption into Allan Seabairne's Whalebone Ave Gang, Mr. Walsh has stepped into the new party line without complaint.
