Ashley Fiennes killed him during the Graylands Incident, triggering Léa Monde's destruction.

No one was really sad to see him die. He found himself in the Hollow Bastion when he died, after he struck a bargain with a mysterious, unnamed spirit.

Now he pals around with The Superior, having been granted command of the Praetorian Guard.
