Another Resistance leader. Neesa was Lord Gabriel's second-in-command, and has been appointed his temporary replacement as Lord Preceptor of the Knights of the Bastion. She reluctantly leads the knights in his absence.
Like most of the Resistance, Neesa hails from Valendia. She is of Kildean ethnicity; she and childhood friend Tieger Quardez were rescued from a life in the slums by St. Iocus missionaries and grew up in the church, eventually becoming Knights of the Cross. Neesa rose to the rank of Commander under Grand Lord Preceptor Roland Guildenstern, and became his replacement after his death in Léa Monde. Valendia fell only a few months later, and Neesa still bears the scars of guilt.
Nevertheless, she's pretty scary.
